Our experienced team can provide high level technical consultancy, assessing and advising the customer on their current and future Integrated Communication Control System (ICCS) and control room requirements.

We use a logical and systematic approach to develop best practices and processes involved with running an efficient airwave managed service.

Asset Management

Our team audits and reviews client’s asset management procedures and processes. Advice is then provided on updating systems, establishing new processes and introducing Standard Operating Procedures to increase efficiency for the client. A full outsourced service can also be provided.

Terminal Management

Comvergent has extensive knowledge of hand portable and vehicle terminal equipment and can manage the client’s fleet of radio terminals to include maintenance, profiling, installation, upgrading and technology refresh.

Vehicle System Design and Commissioning

Our experienced teams have extensive industry knowledge of emergency service vehicle radio installations. We deliver a full programme of installations including fixed mobiles, Mobile Data Terminals, Automatic Vehicle Location Systems, specialist and covert systems and blue lights.

Fleet Mapping

Our experienced teams have extensive practical knowledge in the development and production of customer fleetmaps. We deliver a full package including data capture from our client and delivery to the network provider. Our teams have extensive knowledge and experience of all major networks and terminal suppliers’ equipment including, but not limited to, Airwave, Motorola, Sepura, Cleartone and EADS (formerly Nokia).
