John Roberts - Chief Executive Officer
John has spent the last ten years leading the start-up and development of fast growing technology led businesses including successful systems integration companies within the field of automotive electronics and electro-acoustics. Prior to this John served time in the Royal Air Force as an Air Communications/Air Radar engineer followed by periods at Rolls Royce and Bentley Motor Cars and Jaguar Cars. John holds a Master's Degree in Engineering, a BSc (Hons) in Technology and is a Chartered Engineer.

Paul Garston - Chief Operating Officer
Prior to his current position Paul was Head of Managed Services Delivery for Nokia Siemens Networks UK. Prior to joining NSN, Paul held senior operational management positions for Orange UK. Paul also held positions with Norweb Communications and served time in the Royal Air Force as an Air Communications/Air Radar Engineer. He holds an MSc in Telecommunications and Computing.

Richard Malkin - Chief Financial Officer
Richard is a Chartered Accountant with five years corporate finance experience with a leading UK-based independent firm of chartered accountants and business advisers. Richard holds a BA (Hons) First Class Degree in International Business Finance and Economics.

Karl Povey - Stream Manager (Carrier Networks)
Prior to joining Comvergent, Karl spent nine years with Orange UK in a management role within Operations and Maintenance. Karl began his technical career in the Royal Corps of Signals as a Systems Engineer.

Andrew Miller - Public Safety Networks Manager
Prior to joining Comvergent Andrew served seven years with Sungard Vivista as a member of the engineering team focused on Integrated Communications Control Systems (ICCS), subsequently becoming a Service Delivery Manager. Prior to this Andrew held positions at Securicor Information systems and also served eight years as a systems engineer in the Royal Signals.
